Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit secures your date. Remaining balance is due 15 days before the ceremony.

Additional Services

Extra fees may apply for rehearsals, custom vows/ceremonies, or extended time.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations 30+ days prior incur a 30% fee. If the officiant cannot perform, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide ceremony details and ensure all legal marriage requirements are met.

Liability

The officiant is not responsible for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond their control. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Booking confirms agreement with these terms.
